Serving as the founder of WOMANLY, she has been redefining confidence, mental health, and feminine strength.
It is always astonishing to learn how a few professionals and founders across sectors worldwide have made their names prominent through work with incredible efforts, while continuing to add meaning to others’ lives. It is thus essential to have more conversations about such high-performing professionals who have made a difference that the world needs to know more about. Serving as one such incredible professional is Brianna Atkins, founder of WOMANLY Health and Fitness. She is more than a health and fitness advocate, a mental health champion, an MSW, a wife, a mother, an entrepreneur, and the founder of WOMANLY.

Brianna Atkins, through her growing digital presence on YouTube and her platform, has positioned herself as a voice of empowerment for women seeking confidence rooted in genuine well-being rather than fleeting validation. Her journey has been shaped by profound personal experiences, deep loss, unwavering values, and a strong belief that true happiness begins with mental health. She recalls how her struggles with mental health pushed her to her purpose of bringing a positive change in the mental health of girls and young women. That yearning, combined with her social work education and real-life experience as a wife, mom, nomad, and ageing woman, encouraged her to help women build a confidence that’s earned through a commitment to healthy behaviours.
Speaking about challenges early in her professional career, Brianna said that about three months after launching WOMANLY Health and Fitness, she lost her brother and only sibling, Blake Bozeman. The reality of losing Blake so suddenly and so early further confirmed what she wanted to perpetuate through WOMANLY: the importance of practising healthy habits. She started spending more time on self-improvement through workouts, self-reflection, and engaging with her passions. She realized her vision and left no stone unturned when building the platform, where she is today, altering lives most positively.

Through loss, she discovered something powerful: she is stronger than she believed. What could have broken her instead clarified her purpose. WOMANLY stems from all these challenges and experiences, growing into more than just a brand and becoming a living testament to strength, healing, and intentional living.
Brianna Atkins openly acknowledges the delicate balance between empowering women to embrace their sensuality and refusing to commodify it. For her, choosing slower growth over compromised values has been an easy decision. But drawing the line between empowerment and exploitation remains an evolving challenge as her brand expands. She has also remained vocal about the double standards women often encounter across industries. Women are often forced into a false choice: being perceived as knowledgeable and professional or beautiful and relatable, but rarely both. In the health and wellness realm, this dichotomy persists.

However, she highlights a deeper issue, which is the disproportionate challenges faced by Black women. Despite high educational attainment, loyalty to organizations, and measurable contributions to workplace success, Black women face systemic barriers unlike any other demographic group. Brianna references research indicating that Black women’s promotion and turnover rates are significantly influenced by the racial identity of coworkers, which displays more about structural bias. For her, addressing these realities is part of authentic leadership, which she explains is showing up as who one truly is, even when it contradicts expectations. True leadership, she believes, is about authenticity and uplifting other women. It’s about creating a space for discomfort because discomfort fosters growth. When women challenge narratives, confront weaknesses, and amplify strengths, they become powerful catalysts for change.
Briana’s message is clear that confidence is not optional, but it’s foundational. She encourages women to build consistent healthy habits, embrace small changes for bigger transformation, eliminate barriers, protect supportive circles, and stop postponing happiness. Through WOMANLY Health and Fitness, Brianna Atkins continues to build a movement grounded in mental strength, intentional habits, and authentic feminine power, proving that true confidence is earned, not inherited.
