Gwen Ferreira: How the Youngest French Underwater Archaeologist Rewrote Her Story and Built Three Multi Six-Figure Businesses

Gwen Ferreira does not teach hustle. She teaches leverage.

Gwen Ferreira pursued a PhD in underwater archaeology, before she became known as The Strategy Queen, carving out a prestigious academic path few would dare to leave. Born into a multicultural family and raised in government-funded housing where wealth felt untouchable, success meant to go to university, get a job and stay in it until retirement. In 2013, she was on that path. However, something did not sit right. Despite being academically gifted and respected in her field, Gwen sensed that staying would mean shrinking. If she did not explore then, she might never do it at all. So she made a decision most would consider irrational: she walked away. What followed was a complete reinvention.

She entered the online world, quietly building her first digital business through affiliates and funnels, generating consistent monthly income with minimal ongoing effort. Later, she stepped into business coaching, only to realize she had recreated another dependency system, this time on launches and constant visibility. So she rebuilt again.

Known as The Strategy Queen, she helps ambitious women build businesses that generate consistent sales through intelligent backend systems rather than constant visibility. In an online world that often rewards noise and nonstop output, Gwen focuses on structure, sustainability, and long-term growth.

Her work supports women in refining their offers, clarifying their message, and implementing strategic funnels and sales ecosystems that convert without requiring them to be online around the clock. The outcome is not just increased income, but greater freedom, stability, and autonomy.

Today, Gwen Ferreira has created three multi six-figure businesses across industries, from yoga education to high-level business strategy, all powered by backend systems designed for independence rather than approval. She helps women scale their online businesses to 6, 7 and 8 figures with a smart ecosystem of offers, predictable and passive sales systems and elite client delivery and retention strategies. Her philosophy is simple: money is not about status. It is about options. And options create power. Today, Gwen Ferreira has risen to become a trusted business strategist and mentor, helping hundreds of women building businesses reach their definition of success. Thus far, she has helped over 1,000 clients clarify their message, refine their offers, and implement the right strategy to generate consistent sales through launches, funnels, evergreen flows, or affiliate models.

With her 14-day intensive 1:1 coaching, she helps women structure their funnel messaging, and sales systems to add 5 figures per month, without adding workload. Apart from this, she also successfully runs her ‘Take My Money Podcast with Gwen Ferreira,’ helping coaches and experts reach the top in their industry, automate sales, and gain more clients.

Gwen grew up between cultures, as she was born to a French/Danish mother and a Senegalese/Ecuadorian father. This helped shape her worldview early and fostered independence. It trained her to question norms and systems rather than blindly inheriting them. After spending years filtering herself during large family gatherings, she became more aware of the situations and people around her. She then stopped shrinking and discovered she is a Manifestor 6/2 in Human Design. This gave her language for what she already knew; she was built to initiate, not to conform. What she witnessed over the years in her family was women’s financial dependence, which made her more resolute to attain financial independence. This shaped her financial philosophy of never carrying debt and avoiding loans. In 2017, she built her first home entirely in cash and is now building the second one overlooking the ocean the same way.

For Gwen, success is not about being everywhere. It is about building something that works even when you step away. And in doing so, she helps women create companies that are not only profitable, but powerful. By offering the best courses and high-level support to grow businesses on individual terms, Gwen Ferreira helps create success stories for women in business.
