After years in journalism, technology and entrepreneurship, Natallia Chukhno stepped away from the pace she had worked so hard to sustain. Burnout led her to take almost two years to recover. Today, in Dubai, she brings what she learned during that period into her private work as an energy healer.
For much of her career, Natallia was comfortable in demanding environments. She had worked as a journalist and in technology, built businesses and traveled widely. Achievement gave her momentum, but eventually the pace came at a cost. Slowing down challenged an identity shaped by productivity and independence. It also gave her room to ask whether the life she was building still felt like her own.
Her recovery began with meditation, breathwork and yoga. What started as personal practices became a deeper course of study. In Bali, India and Spain, she explored different approaches to healing and consciousness; she also studied pranic healing in Miami and meditation, pranayama and sound healing in Dubai. Travel had long broadened her view of how people live, but this period changed how she understood her own body and attention.

Now she works privately with clients, combining guided breathwork, meditation and hands-on energy work. She describes her approach, which she calls Return, as an invitation to slow down, notice what the body is holding and reconnect with oneself. A session is tailored to the person in front of her rather than built around a fixed promise of transformation. Her own experience of burnout shapes the care she brings to that space.
Natallia has not lost her appetite for building things. Her ambition has become more deliberate. She pays attention to whether an opportunity reflects her values and to the early signs that her body needs rest. She hopes others can recognize those signs before exhaustion forces them to stop. Her longer-term vision is to create a retreat center grounded in Ayurveda and holistic practices, offering space for people to step away from their usual pace.

She sees a particular tension in the expectations placed on women. They are encouraged to achieve, lead and stay productive while also being calm, nurturing and available to everyone around them. In Natallia’s view, a successful life can look impressive from the outside and still feel disconnected on the inside. She believes sensitivity and intuition have a place alongside drive and discipline, both in leadership and in everyday choices.
For her, beginning again was neither a rejection of her past nor an end to her goals. Her years in journalism, technology and business remain part of who she is. They give her a practical understanding of the pressure many of her clients carry, even as her work now asks them to pause. Her message is simple: it is possible to pursue a meaningful life while making room to hear yourself within it.
